Rob Hartnett is director, business development at Fuel Marketing Solutions a strategic marketing company that focuses on providing innovative solutions for its clients to enable them to increase sales and profits.

After starting work in finance, Rob had a dynamic sales career in the personal computer industry achieving a milestone when he took over one million dollars in a single order. He then took another career change into marketing and joined Hewlett -Packard as Australian Market Development Manager. At HP Rob received five marketing awards and took his products to number one in market share, a position many of them still enjoy today.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Business, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, is a qualified Life Coach and an Accredited Speaker.

In his keynote speaking and workshop presentations he explains how key areas such as leadership, empowerment, creative thinking, culture change, communication and focus can make major long term changes in any business. Rob has even applied these key lessons from business to sport and in 1994 won the world J-24 yachting championship with a crew that had never sailed together before.

Rob has presented across Australia and overseas to organisations such as Agfa, Grant Thornton Accountants, BP , Ducati, Shell, IOOF, American Express, Tattersalls, Accent Investment Services, Home Hardware, Toyota , World Presidents Organisation, Medical Industry Association, Deakin University, Whitehorse Business Group, Unisys and NIB Health Funds.
