David ThodeyMr David I. Thodey was appointed Managing Director and CEO of IBM Australia/New Zealand in June 1999.
His career with IBM spans more than 21 years, including most recently the role of General Manager, Marketing, Communications and Sales Operations for IBM Australia and New Zealand, in which he was responsible for driving IBM's marketing strategy across the business. In 1996 Mr Thodey was named General Manager IBM's Commercial Business Division, A/NZ. In this role he was responsible for working with customers from across industry sectors. He also established a division to focus on small business and co-developed a Services segment dedicated to the small to medium business market. |
